How to see them

The terraces are reached on the upland road inland from the coast. A vehicle with reasonable ground clearance, or a habal-habal, is the usual way up. Stay on the road and on established paths: these are somebody's fields and somebody's water channels. Ask before walking onto a paddy, and ask before photographing people at work.

Scale, honestly

These are not the Cordillera terraces. They are a modest set of hillside paddies that happen, unusually for Batangas, to be terraced. Come for the drive and the upland views over the coast, not for a monument.
